The flow of the oil is without pressure from the crankcase and the gearbox. The connection is the pipe D - 7 mm. The oil tank must be placed lower than this connection. Oil: 15 W 40. Oil amount - about 250 ccm in separate tank. Turning direction of the prop (seen from front) is clockwise, as the original. Prop: 26" x 16". Prop. speed min: 900rpm, max: 4000 rpm. Ignition: electronic ignition with Hall sensor and 2 distributors, 2 spark splus per cylinder. Voltage: 4,8V. Spark plugs: ¼" x 32, distance of electrode, 0,3mm, Firing order: 1-3-4-2. Ignition timing: mechanically coupled with carburettor. Lowspeed 1o late until ¾ max 18o early. Carburettor:Flappcarburettor with lownozzle (lower nozzle) and high nozzle (upper nozzle). Air suction with choke-flap. Fuel pump: gear pump with overflow valve, driven by camshaft. Timing: Inlet from 20o before TDC until 60o after LDC. Outlet from 65o before LDC until 15o after TDC. |
