A French gilt metal champlevé enamel and porcelain three-piece clock garniture, circa 1900, the clock of hexagonal section, with a campana finial and cast clustered foliate pinnacles, bevelled glass door enclosing a porcelain dial, painted with a cherub, Arabic numerals, flanked by tall panels, each painted with a maiden and signed, "Le Franc", supplementary panel below, French cylinder movement striking on a gong, 38cms, (15") and a pair of matching ornamental urns, cherub mask and scroll handles, painted with maidens, cherubs, signed, "Collat, 25cms, (10"), (2). |
