Our specialist Jewellery, Watches & Accessories sales are always eagerly anticipated, offering a larger and more diverse collection than will be found in any retail store.
This April, we’re delighted to present over 800 lots, spread over two days on Tuesday 28th and Wednesday 29th April.
Whether you’re searching for a statement antique gemstone to make a grand gesture, or a striking piece of costume jewellery as a treat for yourself, this sale is the perfect opportunity to find that special something.
Precious pieces from around the world
The sale boasts a dazzling array of exquisitely crafted jewellery, including a showstopping diamond, sapphire and pearl necklace. Other highlights include beautiful natural gemstones set in high-carat gold from Asia and the Middle East, such as a ruby and diamond necklace adorned with floral and scroll motifs, and a striking multistone necklace linked to the Hindu festival of Navratri.
Antique gold jewellery is in abundance, with gold guard chains just one of many standout lots. Popular in the Victorian era, these 5-foot-long chains were originally designed to secure items like pocket watches or glasses and can be wrapped multiple times to be worn as necklaces.
Looking for the perfect gift? The auction features a great choice of diamond pendants as well as elegant diamond tennis bracelets; a style famously named after Chris Evert, who paused a 1978 US Open match to retrieve her lost bracelet. You’ll also find a stunning selection of gold, silver, and gem-set bracelets.

A watch for every wrist…and pocket!
From timeless classics to modern designs, our collection of ladies’ and gentlemen’s wristwatches caters to all eras and budgets. A highly covetable ladies’ 18-carat gold Cartier Tank Française wristwatch is all set to clock up significant interest, while TAG Heuer enthusiasts will find several gentleman’s Carrera models to choose from.
In the highly buoyant area of pocket watch collecting, the selection is equally enticing. Highlights include an 18-carat yellow gold demi-hunter pocket watch from around 1889 and several 18th-century silver pair-cased pocket watches.

Costume jewellery: from vintage to avant garde
Designer names shine brightly in our costume jewellery selection. Standout pieces include a Dior faux lapis lazuli gold-plated necklace with matching earclips, a striking Chanel cuff bangle, and an oversized Lanvin heart-and-arrow pendant.
For those with an appreciation for the cutting edge, Alexander McQueen finger/hand bracelets make a bold statement, while Art Deco enthusiasts will adore a unique collection of 17 dress clips. The Victorian craze for opulent 16th-century styles is strikingly represented by an Austro-Hungarian Renaissance Revival necklace and earrings, alongside an emerald, amethyst, and pearl necklace.
And, as always, the iconic blue box of Tiffany makes an appearance, in the form of pearl ear studs and a multi-strand necklace.
Unique and sought-after preloved accessories
Accessories at auction offer the thrill of discovering something you won’t see anyone else wearing - often at an equally pleasing price point! Highlights include two timeless Chanel navy quilted handbags, alongside vintage silk scarves from Hermès, Dior, and Chanel.
With brooches making a comeback in 2026, there is ample opportunity to embrace the trend. Choose from precious gemstone creations, such as an exquisite emerald, pearl and gold bow-shaped brooch, or opt for playful plastic pieces designed by Lea Stein, a French Chanel-trained artist who became famous for her stylish and quirky brooches.
Rings to dazzle and delight
Our jewellery auctions always feature an extensive selection of rings, and this sale is no exception, with nearly 200 styles to choose from! The sale begins with three stunning emerald and diamond cluster rings, but whatever your favourite gemstone is, you’re sure to find it here.
As always, diamonds take centre stage, available in solitaire, two, three and five-stone designs, as well as sparkling clusters.
The curious and collectable
There’s always more to our jewellery and watches auctions than you think, and this one has plenty to entice those whose interests extend to the unusual. Highlights include a collection of eight Dunhill cigarette lighters, some of which feature a watch movement, and several antique letter seals. Interest is also expected in two cased sets of silver buttons and a 9 carat rose gold thimble, made by Charles Horner, a Halifax-based jeweller, known for its thimbles.
